GREAT MINDS
THINK DIFFERENTLY
A great college essay starts with a great conversation.

OUR MISSION
An excellent college essay coach can help spark that conversation so you can put your best foot forward for admissions committees and showcase your strengths.
Great Minds Education Consultants works intensively with students from start to finish, helping to brainstorm, write, and edit college application essays, getting to know our students along the way so that we can help them effectively communicate what makes them special. We take an innovative and highly-personalized approach, meeting with students weekly until all essays are fully ready to submit.
We believe that the college application process should be holistic, introspective, and most importantly, educational. It is our mission that students complete the college application process as better writers who are more prepared to succeed in college and beyond.

The Process
-
Schedule an intake and initial brainstorming session. (1 session)
-
Brainstorm, write, and edit a 650-word personal statement. (2-4 sessions)
-
Complete four 350-word UC essays, if applicable. (2-4 sessions)
-
Complete supplemental essays for up to 12 colleges and universities. (10-15 sessions)
-
A surcharge may apply for additional applications.
The average Great Minds student spends up to 20 hours working one-on-one with their essay coach over a period of six months.
